Refund Policy
100% Money back if the issue is not resolved within a maximum of 30 days via the same mode. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Cubicmart will allow the return of products in the following cases:

Wrong order (wrong size, color, quantity, or material-related issues)

Eligible for Return/Replacement in the following cases:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return/Replacement in the following cases:

If the sealed package of branded products is open.

If returned without original packaging and accessories.

Physical damage to the box or to the product.

The Product is used/worn or altered.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

In case of Return/Replacement, the following conditions should be satisfied:

Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition. Include all labels, original packing, and invoice along with the product.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cubicmart.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over 2000 Rs, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation Policy:
In case you want to cancel your order, you need to call our helpline number or email info@cubicmart.com at any point in time before the order delivery. Cubicmart may also want to cancel an order under the following scenarios:

Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock

Non-serviceable locations

Restriction on the quantity ordered

Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department

Incomplete or inaccurate address
In case the customer opted for COD options, then before accepting the order we require additional information from the customer for verification to avoid fake orders. After verification, Cubicmart can cancel the order if there is any discrepancy in the information provided by the customer.
Once the cancellation is done, the entire amount will be fully refunded via the original method of payment within 07 to 10 working days.
Refund Policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Note: Refund of return shipping cost will be full-refunded/partial-refunded/non-refundable/same value e-gift coupon/partial value e-gift coupon will be provided only based on your order and is subject to change at any time.
If a customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
